This is a very special record – borne from a combination of Trance & classical music. The lead version here is the Solarstone Reconstruction that fuses an extract from Saint-Saëns ‘Aquarium’ (part of his ‘Carnival of the Animals’ symphony which turned heads back in 18XX) with Matt Smith’s instrumental. This is a magical pairing that has been doing the business on dancefloors via Solarstone’s sets around the world for nigh on 12 months as an ID. The Original version is a stripped back and straightforward affair, which stands out from the chaff for various reason, the most notable being that it doesn’t feature the obligatory breakdown, but instead keeps moving relentlessly over it’s 7+ minutes – a feature sadly missing in 99% of trance releases nowadays. A sophisticated release.
