Featuring a sublime Moog-esque portamento-ed lead & a pleasingly clean, spacious production. According to Luke, the title is inspired by a bucket-list road trip around the island of Iceland, during which he visited Stuðlagil Canyon. “The magic of Stuðlagil was revealed around 15 years ago, when a hydro-electric dam was built upstream of the canyon, resulting in a controlled reduction in water level of the river below. This revealed incredible basalt columns framing the now significantly lower river – a perfect spot for musical inspiration”.
