Aeon Shift are Irish duo Seán Beresford & Adrian Boland (FSOE, Borderline, Regenerate) who take their inspiration from Trance’s empirical phase which formed the soundtrack for clubs like Gatecrasher & Godskitchen. The 138bpm ‘Celestial Awakening’ is exactly what you would expect from those influences & does not disappoint, with ethereal vocal pads, floaty plucked synths and a whopping dose of euphoria at the drop. Pure bliss.
